I am having a hard time getting Tyler to eat anything lately besides chicken(white meat) and berries!
What are some other foods that are good for a 10 month old? I am going to start giving him eggs(Dr.ok'd this) for protein.
He is pretty much over his Gerber solids besides his fruit. I guess this is normal for him to be so picky now but he used to eat everything.
Thanks
Re: What is your 10 month old eating?
i've been giving my ds what we're eating, if it is easy enough for him to eat (still has only 2 teeth). last night he ate some of the salmon and sweet potatoes i made and also some grapes. he loves avacado, oatmeal, eggs (already gave it to him a little while ago), spaghetti, pimento cheese, hummus, cottage cheese and yogurt.
so far, he's liking everything that's put in front of him. my older dd used to love everything until about a month ago or so. that's when she started getting picky.
i just keep trying it all and see how it goes. try putting cinnamon on things like sweet potatoes, maybe he'll like that. or fruit in his cottage cheese.
you can give small pieces of cooked veggies - maybe peas, squash, potatoes, etc
small pieces of cheese, yogurt, cheerios
