Pregnant after a Loss

Last year my sis-in-law's sister had a complete molar pregnancy which turned into a form of cancer and she ended up needing chemo treatments, but has now been given the "ok" to TTC again (her doc says the dose of chemo was so small, that getting pregnant again should not be a problem).
Any way, in April I introduced her to FF and taught her how to chart. Like I was, she is completely obsessed with it and is now asking me to send her a link to my chart so we could "chart stalk each other". Well... I got my BFP and my last chart shows that. I'm not sure what to do. I suppose I could tell her I'm KU and swear her to secrecy but nobody IRL knows, not even our parents (except for mkoelker since we've met). I feel like I should just tell her, but I would hate if she slipped and said something to my SIL.
Would you just tell her? I thought about telling her I stopped charting but she knows how OCD I was about it (I even created that FF OCD badge that a few ladies on TTCAL have in their siggy).

My rule of thumb is don't tell ANYONE until you want EVERYONE to know! Except for DH that is.
She might just slip.. or in my family it is more of a "Promise not to tell anyone that I am telling you this, b/c I told her I wouldn't tell.... " Sometimes good news is just too good for people to keep under their hats! I mean, do you really want your mom to find out through the grapevine and not from your very own lips! Other ppl like to spill the beans..
Yeah, just change your chart, or plead technical difficulties.. "FF locked me out! Those bastards!! etc. etc. etc." I'm sure she won't be put out when you finally give it up. GL & HTH!!!
