Week 35 check up...

So today was a day to find out if my placenta previa moved at all again... and see if I need to schedule a c-section....

well baby was head down right on the cervix, doctor tried to move him/her to check if the placenta was still on the cervix but he/she wouldn't budge... so now I got another U/S next Monday... this baby has so many ultrasound pictures... 

and OMG!!!! U/S tech says our baby is already around 6lbs 6oz!!!!! HOLY MOLY!!! I might end up with a 8lb baby!!!! how often are they right about the weight of the baby?

    I think they can be off by one pound either way....that is exciting there is still a chance to go natural-good luck! Let us know.

    ditto pp on weight fluctuation.  i remember at week 36 the doc told me ry was about 7lbs and he was born at 6lbs 15ounces the very next day.

    You are getting so close!

    My boys were both measured to be a little over 5 lbs. at my last u/s which was a few days before they arrived.  They were 5lbs.1oz. & 4lbs.6oz. so it can vary.  They measured the same throughout the pregnancy but were almost a lb. different at birth.  It may be bc they measure bones and head circ, who knows how much fat & muscle they really have in there.

    Mine was about the same weight at week 35. My dr predicted a 7.5lb baby and she ended up being 8lb.

    I hope you'll get good news about your placenta previa next week.
