Do they come and go?

Hey ladies,

I'm at my sixth week tomorrow! Another week down, BUT today I feel like my symptoms are a little less obvious. My boobs are less sore and my headache is gone. I'm still peeing more than usual though so that's good. I'm just worried because my boobs don't really hurt now and they have since about a week ago. Is it normal for symptoms to come and go?

I had a miscarriage last year and didn't really realize my symptoms had gone away until I started bleeding (but looking back it was very obvious) so now I'm just very aware of my body. Probably too aware.

Anyone else experience symptoms coming and going or know anything about it?? My doctor appointment isn't until the 21st.....can't come soon enough! I'm sure everything is fine, but when you've lost one.....it's hard not to think about it the second time around, I guess.

Mine come and go... I didn't get consistent symptoms with my DD until 7 1/2 weeks and then I started throwing up (not fun). I am about 6 1/2 weeks now (approx) and my nausea comes and goes.
