I can barely get off the couch from these headaches I have been having. I did have them with my daughter, but I guess I didn't have a baby to chase after. Anyone find relief for them? Any ideas for me? I can't figure out if its from the pregnancy yet, or from not drinking caffeine anymore (I am hoping its the caffeine thing...so I start to feel better

)

Re: headaches
Can you figure out where the pain is radiating from to help determine the cause? I had an awful headache a couple of weeks ago and at my chiro appt he started working on my neck and applied strategic pressure to my sinus cavities and it lightened up enough for me to determine that it wasn't just a massive headache. Instead it was two milder headaches (a sinus one and a tension one) combining to try to kill me. If you can figure out the cause you can try to treat it better.
He did tell me that hormonal headaches tend to be localized on the sides of your head, just above your ears and there's not much that can be done physically to relieve those. Tension and sinus are the easiest to treat externally.
If you've been off caffiene more than a few days it's probably not that. People seem to get those worst in days 2-4.
