I got an appointment for a two-hour meeting today with my boss. A two-hour meeting is bad enough, but it's from noon to 2 pm - um, don't they know I will be effing STARVING by then? Jerks.

Nah, my boss is a woman and did that to my coworker all the time. I thought how cruel it was. We always ate lunch at 11 - 11:30 (pregnant coworker came in at 7:30) and she would schedule meetings 11 - 1.

I would be mad about that, but I'd def at least take snacks. Both men and women can be unsympathetic and I've had my fair share of inconsiderate idiots around me too.

This. I would be shocked if someone in my office scheduled a noon to 2 meeting and didn't bring in lunch for everyone. There's probably be a mutiny! Stick out tongue
