I will be starting back working in the fall and I need a daycare to take my son one or two days a week during the school year. Not sure if I want to go the in home day care or the kindercare type day care route yet. Does anyone have a good daycare in the Goodyear area or prefer one type of daycare over the other?
Re: Daycare in or near Goodyear
1. Primrose - LOVE IT. It's expensive for full-time ($250/week) but the teachers are wonderful, it's really clean and I felt completely comfortable leaving DS there from the first time we visited.
2. Tutor Time - I liked the facility but didn't get a good vibe from the infant room at all. Every single baby was either in a Bumbo, a Boppy, bouncy seat or swing and the two teachers (who looked super young) weren't interacting or playing with any of them.
3. Goodard School - The infant room was depressing to me. Really small and just a little carpet on the floor for playing. They also don't go outside at all in that classroom. I didn't like that there were empty water bottles filled with things as toys in the room - I'm paying $1000/month for that?
We also considered Sunrise Preschools but after making our choice, never checked it out.
