Need Boy Name Help...

We are having such a difficult time picking a boy name this time around. Our DS is Alexander Chase and love that name. Now that we are having another boy, we are drawing blanks on names. We like a lot of names but nothing stands out. We want a traditional name, nothing too trendy, something strong, etc. We are planning on using the same middle name, Chase. Our list changes everyday but so far these are our top names: 

Brendan (nn Bren)

Colin (no nn for obvious reasons)

Nathanial (nn Nathan)

Bryant (don't have a nn)

Any name suggestions or help?!  TIA

    Most of those are nms. I do really like Nathan though! FWIW, I don't think Brendan/Bren sounds very strong at all.

    Some other suggestions when I think of traditional, not trendy, strong:

    Isaac
    Nicholas
    Patrick
    Caleb
    Luke
    Zachary
    Phillip
    Andrew
    Ryan
    Elijah/Eli

    I like Nathaniel, but spelled this way. I think it goes nicely with Alexander and I also like the nicknames Nathan and Nate. The others on your list are NMS.

    Of your list, I like Colin and Nathan the best.

    From PP list- I love Patrick, and Andrew

    Others: Hudson, Shane, Ian, Jason, Benjamin

    I teach, and had twins named Alx & Eli- they always sounded good together, rolled off the tongue nicely:)

    Thanks for your opinions and suggestions. The search continues! Boy names seem much harder than girl names. And while we like a lot of names, finding one we agree on and love makes it pretty difficult! Our list changes everyday :) Thanks again and keep suggestions coming if you read this!
