XP: Need photog rec's for ABE/LV area

I just found out that the Sadie's where I always have had DD's pics taken is closed for renovations until further notice... I can wait another month to see if they reopen but if not, I will need to go elsewhere to have DD's 2nd birthday pics taken.

How do I go about finding a professional photographer to take DD's 2nd birthday pics? I have no idea where to start... I already know that since my wedding 6.5 years ago, my wedding photographer has pretty much gone to hell in a handbasket, so they are out... I've done a search on yellowpages but everything is coming up under weddings.

FWIW I do not want to use a chain (We do not have a Kiddie Kandids, Picture People, or Target photo studio that I am aware of, and I do not want to use Portrait Innovations, Sears, or JCP....)

    I recommend Paula Galante Photography ( I used to know her through doing business w/ her..super nice woman!).  You might want to try Sally Ullman Photography too.
