Has anyone's LO had thrush?

If so what did it look like and what did you do to get rid of it?  I am going to call the pedi, but I noticed tonight that behide DD's lips her gums are white.  It is on the top and bottom, but not her tongue or cheeks.  Does this sound like thrush?

    When DS had thrush, it was on his cheeks.  I would definitely call the pedi though.

    DD had it on her tongue. Little white spots.  It looked like she had milk stuck that wouldn't wipe off.

    DD had it on her tongue. Not to sound gross but it looked like a yeast infection. Ped first wanted us to rub her tongue with a wash cloth to break up the pores, etc. When that didn't work they gave us some meds. It took awhile even on meds to go away.
