Intro and Rec please

Hi everyone!

 I'm new to this board and pretty new to the bump. I'm 30, DH is 32. We've been married for almost a year (6/28 is our anniversary) and this is my first pregnancy.

I'm 8w5d pregnant and so far it hasn't been an easy journey. I had some spotting at 6 weeks and was diagnosed with a blighted ovum. After accepting that loss as much as possible, a follow up ultrasound showed a healthy baby with a heartbeat. While I'm so thankful, I'm not so interested in sticking with the practice I'm with currently (Full Circle in White Plains). Especially because today when I went for the physical they found some tissue that they think is a polyp but they don't know.

 I live in White Plains and I'm looking for an ob/gyn who has a really holistic approach to medicine. (Typically, I don't even take Tylenol.) I want to have a natural birth and do things pretty naturally along the way. If anyone has any recommendations, I'd love to hear them.

    not sure if my ob has a holistic approach but i have been with them for years and love their office... Dr. Ainsworth (Westchester Medical Group) 914-472-2222.  i know they have brought in midwives but not sure about anything else. i know they are not pushy about procedures and medication which is good since i hate taking meds unless life or death or it helps my baby's health. (which is the only reason i consented to prenatal vitamins)
