Any Clomid and PreSeed success?

This is my second round of Clomid (I have PCOS) and I'm hoping for a BFP asap. haha. I ordered PreSeed the other day online but have yet to receive it (hopefully it will come before I ovulate).  So did Clomid 50 mg, Metformin 1000 mg, and/or PreSeed work for any of you?

    I got pregnant on my third round of Clomid, at 100mg.  50mg did nothing for me.  I have no experience with Met or PreSeed.  Good luck.

    TTC# 2 since February 2010 - BFP #1 Sept 2010-(5mg Femara, 1500mg Met, Ovridel) Missed M/C at 10w2d, discovered at 13w2d, D&C at 14w

    BFP # 2 - February 2011-(1500mg Met, HCG Injection) Missed M/C at 10w1d, discovered at 10w3d, D&C at 11w...RPL testing came back all normal.

    Trying again. June 2011 - Clomid/1500 mg Met / Baby Aspirin - BFFN!

    July 2011 Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p

    August 2011 - Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p

    September 2011 - Puregon/ 1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - BFFN!!!!

    My  first pregnancy was a Preseed success - got a BFP on my second cycle with the stuff.  Fast forward a year or so, and I took Clomid 100mg and Preseed for four months without any success.  So it's hard to say.  If you aren't getting EWCM, then I think Preseed is the stuff to use.  But if you have good quality EWCM, which at your age I bet you do, then the Preseed may not be the most important thing.  The Clomid is probably way more important.  Make sure you are being monitored during your cycles so that you know if 50mg is the right dose for you (and to avoid the risk of HOM).  Good luck!

    I have PCOS/IR and got pg using Clomid 100mg (was my 2nd round, 1st was 50mg), Met 1500mg, and a conception friendly lube but not the preseed brand.  I honestly don't remember if we used lube the day we conceived as it was only used as needed.  HTH!  Good luck, I hope to see you on the First tri board soon.

    Ladies--thanks so much for sharing your success stories.  Hopefully I'll be able to share mine soon.  :)

    I go back to the dr. July 1...so I may ask to increase my dosage a little.
