FML. Is it really too much to ask for to have an uneventful pregnancy just once? Brown spotting this morning has now turned to pink. I am hoping for the best, but fearing the worst. I have been down this road too many times before...

This sucks. I don't even want to tell DH because I can't bear to think about the look on his face.

u/s tomorrow is at 7:30 pm. I can't take time off during the work day since this is my last "teaching week" before exams start. Tomorrow is gonna be a long day.

I'm sure it's hard not to think the worst, but try and stay positive. I had no spotting or bleeding w/ either of my m/c (except the day of my D&C w/ the first) and I spotted for 3 weeks in my 1st tri w/ Evan.

Hope today and tomorrow go by fast for you, and that you get good news tomorrow!

I'm praying so hard for you right now. please let us know how things turn out at your U/S.

if it's any consolation I spotted horribly with Joseph. It started brown, then turned pink then actually got bright red and lasted for 4-5 days. Then one day it stopped. I had totally wrote off the pregnancy once it turned red, but then things worked out anyways. Hopefully it's just some implantation bleeding.

And yeah, if I really had to make the appt for during the school day, people would definitely understand. It is more the fact that I am worried about being here to prepare my students for their exams. Luckily, my dr's office has evening hours for sonograms on Mondays and Wednesdays so I will be able to go in tonight and not have to take time off.
