"Cold Turkey" sleep training method.

Wow, I just don't know if would be able to let DS cry it out.  It would probably break my heart.  I'm such a softy.  Sometimes during the day he will cry for naps but only for like 4-5 mins max.  I don't think I can let him cry longer than that. 

Man this sleep training is really stressing me out!

    First off, your son is adorable! Second, we never "sleep trained" but what helps DS fall asleep is music! We got the Jewel Lullaby and it is amazing!

    I'm starting Day 5 of Ferber's method tonight.  So far, so good minus this afternoon's nap.  But he is sleeping so much better already.  And it isn't a cold turkey method.  It is a "gradual extinction" method (Ferber's words).

    We did cold turkey....DS was STTN by night # 4.
