We just got an invite for Eric's uncles 50th birthday party for the same day as Alexa's. Great. I've only been planning for a year lol. So that will cut our guest list in 1/2 but what can ya do? Anyways....
Is 1pm-4pm an ok time for a birthday party with lunch and cake? Should I do it earlier or later? We'd have lunch ready for when people got there, I just don't know if that is too late for "lunch." What time have kids parties been that you've gone to? If you were going to a party at this time would you come hungrey even if the invite doesn't state as such? Most people I'll be in contact anyways, just didn't know if this was an ok time.
Re: Party Question
Hmmm, I think the only kids will be 3-4 infants so I guess their parents are going to feed them on their own schedule regardless. That helps though
I am sure with that many infants and naps times I am asking for ciaos regardless lol!

First birthday parties are almost always family parties and usually mostly adults, so snacks/ light fare and cake is fine. Lunch foods in the afternoon would be perfect. And I agree, the parents will tend to the infants according to their own schedules.
Hopefully it is the *cough* better half that will be able to attend.
Whats Lexi's theme?
