Just turned down a trip to Hawaii!

My parents go to Hawaii every year. Usually they take my family or my sister's family every other year, and we only pay for airfare. This year my sister is going for a week, but my parents are staying for two. They leave this week. My dad just called me yesterday to ask if I wanted to go for the second week since they have the condo for two weeks. I would love to go, but turned it down, since DH is already freaking about traveling with the baby for next years trip! I'm really bummed about not going, but I know it was the right thing to do, since DH has enough stress in his life already. Not to mention the fact that the extra cost would suck since we need to redo the pool plaster and probably need a new roof this year! At least I get to go next year!

lol, I wouldn't want to subject you to my dad! Vactioning with them is not what I would call stress free! Everytime we get in the car, I fear for my life! He actually called me back and asked if my in-laws wanted to go. Because I could SO see that happening! They barely talked at Thanksgiving and they want them to spend a whole week together? Our dads would kill each other!
