Pregnant after a Loss

Dear Appetite,

Please come back.  I am not a fan of this no-appetite thing, especially since you throw in some nice nausea every time I do eat.

Re: Dear Appetite,

  • Is this a recent development?  Does this happen to most around the 35 week mark?  Is this what I have to look forward to?  YUK sounds like no fun!

  • I didn't know if that was a normal thing late in third tri, either.  I hope that this development goes away soon.  :::hugs:::

  • I don't know if it's a 3rd tri thing or because of the heat or what.  I honestly don't remember if I had it towards the end of my pregnancy with DD.

I've been working on getting down the same cup of greek yogurt for 45 minutes now.  Blarg.

  • My appetite has died too, for the most part.  Some days I can eat normally but usually breakfast is the only meal of the day that interests me much.  Dinner is the hardest and I've resorted to protein drinks and Greek yogurt for lunches.

  • This has been me since the beginning, thankfully the last couple weeks I can eat a bit more.

Tell that nausea thing to go away, that's first tri stuff....yuck.
