NBR: Good spouse/ bad spouse

Do you feel like in your marriage, you're somehow more difficult to be married to than your spouse? Or is your spouse harder to deal with? I'm totally the moody, high maintenance one, try as I might to be a "cool wife" :P I just thought it'd be interesting to talk about!

    I admit that I am probably the more difficult one to deal with, but don't tell my DH ;)   I try to be the "cool wife" too, but I am definitely moody and more easily stressed than he is.

    i think we swap the high maintenance role every now and again. but i'd say he represents it more often than me. i've always been the easy going, flexible, problem solver while he is resistant to change and at times over sensitive. we certainly balance one another out :)

    I've always been the more moody, irritable one in our relationship. My DH is very laid back and it takes a lot to really bug him. I get stressed very easily and ever since I had Tegan, I seem to have a shorter fuse with my DH. It isn't fair and I'm working on trying to be a more easy going and happier person.

    I'm definately the grumpy one and am quick tempered, but he can be very difficult at times, it's either his way or no way. So of course it's that attitude that CAUSES my anger, right?? :) He always starts it. hee hee

    Haha! YES! This! Exactly! I think I'm EXTREMELY easy to get along with, so long as you don't push my buttons. Coincidentally, that's exactly what DH is good at. :P

    That's a tough one. I am a little on the controlling side I woud say, but I am also not as anal about things as he is. Things must be just so and they must be done immediately all the time. With me, I can get to them later and not really care. We swap rolls all the time. Since mason came, my fuse is always lit and is much shorter. It bothers me when he wants me to jut drop everything I'm done to run to him if he is crying While he is doing nothing and expects to continue doing nothing.
