when did 2nd year molars start sprouting?

ds has been acting fussier since yesterday and he doesn't have a fever or cold so I'm assuming it might be 2nd yr molars

he's 19 months

DD got her bottom set of molars at 16 months, and is working on her 2nd set at the moment.

Does he already have his cuspids/canines? I heard from reading on here that those are pretty brutal coming in. DD has been super cranky for like a month, and I'm thinking this may be the culprit.

Looking at the age of your LO, I would agree with this. DD is also in the same boat and is also 19 months. She hasnt been eating a thing the last few days and is crankier/more tired- but I noticed her cuspids were just breaking skin...explains it. I think the two year molars are just that around 2 years- like 22-24 months.

aidan was over 2. prob close to 2.5

and it was hell. lol she would be HORRIBLE for *one day* id feel in her mouth and TA-DA! new tooth!

His still haven't. He was chewing on his fingers a bit yesterday, so maybe they'll be starting soon. He is a SLOW teether. The first set of molars took 4 months to finally pop through. The canines took 6 months.
