I would love any of you that have been through this and have success stories to please PM me so that I can get some hope back. Thank you in advance

Re: success after Azoo ladies
Have they done a chromosomal analysis on your husband? Im just curious if they have given you a reason for his Azoo...
I know for us we didn't bother with a CA, because we felt that knowing wouldn't the cause wouldn't solve the problem (we had discussed it in length with DH's doctor. We did later find out (I was 18 wks prgnt) that DH had had mumps when he was a child.
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!
You are in the hardest part of the journey. Our experience closely matches Whitey's. We had the TESE no sperm and genetic counseling wouldn't answer why his testicle tissue had necrosis. The urologist could only say it probably happened in utero.
We took time to decide between adoption and DS. The decision was left up to DH and as you can see from the siggy we are expecting twins. It is my belief that you always have hope when you have options. Good luck!!!!
I have not yet introduced myself on this board but I lurk occasionally. Right now I am 7 wks pg so I don't consider myself a success just yet.
Long story short, I had 5 ETs before I finally got a BFP. DH had 2 TESEs, and then we used testicular aspiration for the last 2 IVFs. My DH has been told that he has non obstructive and obstructive azoo by 2 different urologists. We don't know how or why this could have happened to him. But during the TESEs and aspirations, some sperm was found even though it was not the best quality.
PM me anytime and good luck! There is hope - don't give up.
