I think I might be in labor!

I've been having contractions for a little over 3 hours they are 10-12 mins apart. They feel totally different then the other ones I've been having the past few days. I called l&d and they told me to wait till they are 3-5 mins apart I told Dh they are tripping I'm going when they are closer to 7 I want to be on the monitors I don't care if it means our hospital stay is a little longer. I'll keep you guys updated! I hope this is it!
