1st Trimester

Anyone have symptoms dramatically improve at 10 weeks?

As soon as I hit 10 weeks, the soreness in my breasts and the m/s have really improved.  My boobs used to hurt all the time and were seriously sensitive, but now I have to really squeeze them to notice that they are more sensitive than normal, but way less sensitive than they have been.  My m/s seems to be much better too.

I've read that this can be completely normal at this stage of pregnancy, but I still can't help but be nervous that it's a bad sign.  I guess I'm just looking for women with similar experiences that everything turned out to be ok.

TIA!

  • I was on phenergan, my m/s was so bad- I've been off it for 2 weeks now! I feel almost normal. Symptoms went away altogether at 10 weeks last time, too!

  • I saw my dr this week for my first appt and she said that my symptoms (nausea, tender breasts, etc) will probably start to subside around 10 weeks and to not worry.  So it sounds like it's very common.
  • Same here! I was super sick almost every day until Friday and then it was like I was totally "normal" again. I'm just enjoying not feeling sick every single minute of the day.
  • I started taking Zofran on Monday but now I'm noticing I don't really need it.  I hope it stays this way.

  • Same here! My boobs started to not feel as sore this past week and I feel almost totally normal. The doctor said that it was normal to start feeling much better in the next couple of weeks. I was nervous because of my previous losses but everything seems ok. I had an ultrasound wednesday and we had a HB and lots of movement!  GL :)

  • I started feeling better at 8 weeks, and just had a Dr appt, and they didn't think it was anything special.  They were happy I was feeling better. Smile
  • I'm feeling much better too, m/s wasnt bad this week and my boobs have let up a little! whew!  Still reallllllly tired though.
  • That happened with my first pregnancy and it happend this time too.  I am 11 weeks today & at about 9 weeks I started feeling back to my old self again; still a little sleepy though.  Dont worry about it & enjoy it while it last Smile  !!!
  • Same here. My boobs were really tender in the early weeks. I'm 9 weeks now and have noticed I have to actually press on thm to feel any tenderness.
