Washington Babies

He won't stop crying.

For the past 90 minutes. When I go in, he calms down and gets chatty immediately so I'm not thinking sick or other physical issue.  He'll be calm for about 10 minutes after I leave.  He's normally a babble for 10 minutes and fall asleep kid.  Today at daycare he cried for a binky  for 30 minutes until they finally found an extra and sterilized it.  He is binky free except for weekend naps so all of this is not normal.

WTF is wrong with my kid?

ETA: Whatever it was was resolved by another 15 minutes of cuddling.  Why didn't that work the first time I went in and rocked him?

Teething is usually what does it to Tristen, and teething can bring on the sickness too.

I've heard the Canines are the worst!  Still waiting on Tristen to get those.

  • I think all we have left are the 2yr molars. He got his canines and a set of molars while we were on vacation last October. Good times.

I did give him tylenol, just in case.  That's probably what conked him out so fast.

Earlier I changed him to cooler pjs and that seemed to help.

  • I'm going with teeth.
