It's Mastitis.

Thanks for your advice ladies. My boob went from not really hurting to splotchy, red and painful in like a half an hour... I called my doc and he said to come in right away. Sure enough I have mastitis and he prescribed antibiotic (cephelex), told me to take ibuprofin and rest rest rest. I had 101 fever and didn't even know it.

I don't feel all that bad right now, and I feel a lot better after she nurses on that side (although when she's actually nursing I want to vomit from the pain). I am so glad I caught this in time and you guys were so right, it went from "eh" to "holy Shiite that hurts!" in no time at all!!!

I'm glad you got help in time. DH never believed me when I was like, "Holy crap, this is bad and I feel physically ill from it" until he saw me in bed at 2am shiverring from the mastitis! It is crazy how fast it progresses, isn't it?!?!

Glad you caught it in time, I was sick as a dog for two days, sounds like you'll be just fine. Did you doc tell you any ways on how to get rid of ducts the size of pencils because mine have gone down quite a bit but still huge and don't know what else to try.
