prenatal yoga??

Hello ladies,

I live in Wahiawa, does anyone know if there are any prenatal yoga classes on ohau? Near Wahiawa?

    Sorry can't help you there, but my sister (2 kids ages 3 and 8mos) was telling me that your regular yoga instructor should be able to tell you what poses you should and should not do if you are pregnant...may be a good idea to ask.
