today is different

For whatever reason, today seems to have been a turning point.  I think just knowing he's a boy, knowing he looked healthy and how he's positioned - I'm just feeling a lot more movement today than I have any other day.

And I am realizing that baby boy doesn't like it when I sit up straight.  He starts punching me when I'm sitting up, but he's quiet when I'm slouched back!  It's like he's telling momma to 'move, you're squishing my head!'

    I think our gender scan was the turning point for us too.  But I know DH still holds his breath at every appt until he hears that heartbeat pounding away.

    I feel the same way, once I know that Danny was a boy it was like something changed.

    Its probably because he can feel how happy and positive you feel and he's reacting to it. I truly believe that babies move more when the mama is in a good mood, I notice that when I am feeling positive and am in a good mood Danny tends to be a LOT more active. 

    I'm still so happy for you, its such a wonderful feeling!! I can't wait to hear what name you pick.
