About to go to Walmart :-(

I hate going there, it is only 3 min from our apt and it is a really nice brand new store, but it is annoying, the store seems extra huge and annoying now being pregnant. The customers are annoying too and they never have enough check out lines open. I am actually bumping to put it off longer, but it is also getting hotter and hotter outside...SMH

I will not go to Wal-Mart for all of the reasons you listed. The only thing there that Target doesn't have is gun stuff, and DH gets sent out on those trips solo!

Ugh I agree but the Walmart is so much more closer than the Target (like a difference of 5 min with traffic LOL

I feel your pain. They opened a Super Walmart near us a couple of weeks ago, and holly eff. I can't walk half the store without needing to rest. It's insane!

Thankfully, ours seems to have an over-abundance of registers open at all times.

I hate going to Walmart too! It's ALWAYS packed and I have to park a mile out. I always try to go Sunday mornings when it's less likely to packed and annoying.

Our current Walmart is obnoxious too, with the worst parking. I always feel like my IQ drops about 40pts when I walk in the door trying to find things. They're opening a new one closer to my house, and while a part of me hopes it's better because it would be convenient, I think I'll stick to Target instead.

Don't go!! I'll go to the grocery store alone, but I refuse to go to wal-mart without DH anymore. Too many people.

You guys are funny! I love going there really early in the morning. I have the whole store to myself! I do try to avoid it on the weekends or the evenings.

This. I HATE going to that place before 11:00 pm and after about 9:00 am. Too busy.

Also, the last time I went there, some old dude called me waddles. Hate the place, but it is sooo cheap and there really isn't anywhere else around here. I guess there is a target, but since it is the only one with in about 150 miles one way, and over 200 miles to the other three directions it is just as busy as walmart.

I hate going to Walmart, too. I went yesterday by myself and thought I was going to strangle someone. Gah. I try to go early in the morning but I'm too darn tired to get up before 9am (don't usually get to sleep till after 3am) so I suffer.

Our nearest Target is 120miles away so we have no choice but to shop at Super Walmart. Plus, they're cheap and prices have been dropping on everything -- hopefully it says that way!

Hate going to Walmart, in fact, I can't remember the last time I went in one? Maybe like 4 years ago - the closest one to me is 20 minutes away. I will say though, I have been super happy with their prices and shipping on walmart.com!

Ugh I'm with you, our walmart is a total zoo. I much prefer Target - though walmart does have some good deals. The best bet around here is to go really really early.

I always end up with a sad face when even thinking about going to Walmart. I disliked it before I was pregnant, now I can barely tolerate it.

I know how you feel...it's not a fun place. I can actually feel my BP rise the closer I get lol. There's always a crap ton of people and everyone is so rude, you'd figure they'd see a pregnant woman and say "hey we should try not to shoulder check her or run her over with our cart" but noo...guess we're fair game

For the past couple of months, DH has gone with me to walmart and sams for big trips. It is just too much for me to do by myself. I can do it, but then I need to rest and it is easy for him to do.
