T&Ps if you can spare:)
This afternoon we have an ultrasound to check on LO's bowel. Two weeks ago her ultrasound showed she has an echogenic bowel. They want to watch it to see if it develops into a full blown blockage. If that's the case she will likely need surgery within the first day or two to correct it. 
Sometimes these things go away on their own, so fingers crossed that happens for her. Any positive vibes you could send our way would be really great!
