What do you do when you baby wakes up from pooping?

Sorry if this is TMI! DD wakes herself up from naps because she's pooped, and then won't go back down. She's not really on a poop schedule that we can tell, it just happens when she's sleeping during the day, I guess. So it would be hard to plan nap time around poop time.

Any thoughts?

    I'd say there is not much you can do, until baby poops at the same(ish) time every day.
    Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.
