That when I start to feel blah in general and my tummy hurts it's because I haven't pooped in days.
Sigh.
Time for a new plan of attack, big bowls of fruit and hot chocolate are not getting things moving anymore. We're approaching day 3 of no pooping and I feel like (pun intended) crap.

I can't remember who, but someone mentioned eating oranges or grapefruit each day. I tried this and it worked. I ate at least one large orange each day and found I was more regular. I'm not sure why oranges worked over bananas or apples, but they did.
