I walked on our treadmill for 30 minutes last night and had time to do some stretching before and after as well as some ab work on our excercise ball. It felt good.
At first I wasn't going to do it...my back has been killing me since Saturday and after working all day I was pooped! I nursed Libby from 4-5:30 p.m. and then just sucked it up, put on my sneakers, handed Libby to my mom and got on the treadmill. The first 10 minutes sucked and then after that I felt better. So did my back. And it barely hurts at all today. Hooray! I might just try to do it again tonight! I have wanted to get back to walking regularly since Libby was born and now I think I might just be able to do it. Yay me.

you are much better than me - I have to go to the gym or else I'm not sure I would ever actually exercise.
Even more, I take the classes like yoga, weights, or cardio offered at our athletic club just for added pressure (it would be pretty embarrassing to walk out of a class...)

i've been thinking about getting a yoga ball so i can use up a store credit i have to buy buy baby...so i can get some exercise in...plus she loves to be bounced on one too
