warning - gymboree.com issues

I would absolutely love to be able to order again from gymboree.com but I just had the WORST experience with the company.  I ordered from them during the last 30% off sale and the package was lost in transit.  

Gymboree will do NOTHING to solve the problem.  No offer to ship it again, no offer to refund the money.  *I* have to call my bank and get the charges reversed.

I have spoken with 3 people in customer service and NO ONE has offered to help at all.  I am shocked that there is no way they can help with this.  I will no longer be ordering from this company.

In addition, I had problems this past year with Crazy 8 and their return policy.  Same company.

 I am not sure if this is all recent changes within the company but I believe it is horrible service.

    Ack, I would be fuming!  Hopefully your bank will quickly resolve the charge.  It still sucks that you won't get your order though. 

    Sorry you're dealing with this!  Bad CS is a huge turn off.
