Making a list for maternity leave - help?

in 2nd Trimester

I'm making a list of TV shows on DVD I can watch.

So far, I plan to watch all of Six Feet Under.

I have already seen: Weeds, Dexter, The Wire, Big Love, Rescue Me...

any other suggestions?  I am not going to watch vampire shiit, so don't suggest that.  LOL.

    Bones, Private Practice, Criminal Minds, CSI (any of them), Grey's Anatomy, The Mentalist...thats all I've got for now. I'm sure I'll come up with a few more later!

    United States of Tara; only season 1 is out on dvd, season 2 is wrapping up this week but SO worth getting into

    Did you watch The Sopranos?  I know it's over but that'd be great to watch all at once

    I'm totally forgetting what first came to mind when I read your post... I'll update if I remember..

    If you didn't say anything about vampire shiit I'd have said get True Blood STAT.  It's SO good.  I'm not usually into sci-fi/silly stuff, this show is seriously awesome

    Big Bang Theory (HILARIOUS!!!!!)

    LOST (although it is pretty involved)

    Jericho (really good...only two seasons so it isn't as long as Lost)

    Mad Men, definitely

    Any of Joss Wheedon's shows if you haven't already seen them. You probably won't want to watch Buffy or Angel if you don't like vampires, but Firefly and Dollhouse are awesome and more sci-fi than fantasy/supernatural.

    NCIS is my guilty pleasure show. The writing's not great but it's really entertaining.

    I also like Veronica Mars, Bones and Castle, if you like detective shows.

    Burn Notice is fun, but I'm not sure if it's on DVD or not.

    Big Bang Theory -- best. show. ever.

    I'm going off early at 28 weeks, so I think I might invest in Criminal Minds. Everyone I talk to says it's amazing.
