yes but I have no idea where to tell you to go. I had them when I was younger - it was a roller that we attached to the top of the window (inside) and just pulled it down. The shade was made of like a white vinyl.
We got ours from Home Depot and they were really cheap - I think less than $20. They cut them to fit the width of your window, too. They don't block out all the light, but it's certainly much darker.

I use a black sheet for DS. You can probably get a twin sized black, navy, or dark green flat sheet for a lot cheaper than you can get "blackout blinds". We just thumbtack the sheet to the window frame behind the window treatment. When it's not light until 9 pm and light again at 5 am, we take it down and put it back in the linen closet.
