I made the switch

I am an AT&T customer.  I did everything online, which proved to be more stressful than it was probably worth.  Their regular site is fine, but my employer gets a group discount, so I had to go through their "premier" site to get the discounted pricing on everything.  The good news about that is not only do I save 15% on my bill, I also got $25 in free accessories (ie a car charger).  But OMG was the website painful.  I was at the last step of the checkout 3 times before I was actually able to purchase anything. I had to contact their online customer service twice, both times that took another 5 - 15 minutes. 

I hope and pray this isn't a sign of things to come with them.  I told the last CSR I chatted with that my feedback would be to make their "premier" site more like their regular site cause it sucks.  Ehh, the switch is made.  Contract signed.
