  I got ours from a place in Hawaii called Whirled Planet, but now it looks like they only sell wholesale (their site has changed!).

  I know I've seen lanterns in many more places.  In fact, there was a set of 3 from Pottery Barn that I loved, but DH didn't want white as the main color w/ patterns.
