I imagine taking the blanket away would be a good place to start.

I totally agree with that except our rooms are on the bottom floor so its alot colder. But the weather has been nice out lately so she might be fine without a light blanket.
Don't put a blanket in her crib. It's a suffocation hazard.
We have a very light blanket. And I understand completely about not using a blanket, its just so much colder cause were downstairs. But since the weather is heating up I think we will try without it.

a light blanket still equals a blanket... which therefore using the communalitive property, is still a suffocation hazard!

Definitely a sleepsack. For it being cold, they have fleece ones or you could put her in a light long sleeved sleeper and then put the sleepsack over that.

As others said, loose blanket = suffocation/SIDS risk. Sleepsack is the way to go. I highly recommend Halo sleepsacks - we LOVE them! It is the only sleepsack to carry seals of approvals from leading SIDS organizations. They come in cotton and fleece.

She doesn't like the swaddling. Never has. But I can try a sleepsack. Thanks.
