Ok so I went for the followup today, and my fluid level is at a 6. I'll be getting induced next Wednesday if she hasn't come before then. Anyone else in the same boat?
how far along are you? my fluid levels were low at my last appointment, but i drank a ton of water and the next day they were fine (they said i must have been dehydrated)

38 weeks. I've been drinking a ton of water too. Maybe I'll drink even more from today until Thursday. Thursday is my biophysical.
With DS2 I was induced at 38 weeks because it got down to 2.3. With
him drinking never helped me. But I had low levels with this one and
so far so good on the drinking.
I was hospitalized overnight, last week, for a 5.66. They pumped IV's of fluids into me, and it went up to a 9-something... but yesterday's follow-up was back down to a 7.77, and I've been on modified bedrest and chugging water ever since the hospital.
I'm so scared they are going to want to induce before I hit 37 weeks.... has anyone ever heard of 36 week babies that don't have to go to NICU or anything? My LO is measuring just over 6lbs on the ultrasound...
Anyway, haven't heard from the dr. yet on yesterday's 7.77 so just trying to rest and think positive...
I don't know if they admit to NICU based on the actual weeks or based on how the baby's doing.
Since dates can be off, I would think they'd evaluate him on delivery. If he's of a good weight and breathing well, maybe he'd be considered full term? Try not to worry!
