  I pump 1-2 times in the morning and after her last feeding at night and an occasional pumping session during the day. I get about 4 to 5 ounces each session.

  I only pump once, sometimes twice a day, to get a small freezer stash and I get between 4 and 7 oz each session.

  I just started and get about an ounce per session (but I don't think i've actually let down while i was pumping...maybe that's the problem?), does that seem low? I'm going to be pumping a bit more now, bc I think my supply is dropping a bit.... this is just all new to me.

  I don't pump all the time because my output isn't great... I usually get 2-3 oz IF I pump at night when DS would normally go 3-4 hours...

  1 oz does seem low to me. I work and pump but I usually get about 3-7 oz per pumping session.

  I EP- i get 22-24oz at 6am, 12-15oz at 9am, 12oz at noon, 3pm, 6pm and 10pm.

  If she hasn't eaten off that boob in a while, usually between 4 and 6 oz.

  i try to pump every 3 hrs and get about 3 oz each time.  seems the longer you wait to pump b/t each time, the more you tend to get.
