I really liked my GYN there for years, but she didn't do babies anymore Plus the other docs only deliver in the City (U Penn and Penn Hosp) - which didn't make sense to me - so I switched to Abington.
Yes, I went to them...the only problem in my opinion was that the OB dept is more "headquartered" at their 3701 market street location in the city - they only have OB appts in Radnor something crazy like once a week. When you call to schedule an appt it is routed through 3701 and there is only one person that can even schedule you for Radnor and I could never manage to get in touch with this scheduler. Therefore...every single one of my OB appts was in the city.
That being said, their 3701 market st. office is brand new and nice. I really like the practice although it is a large office and they encourage you to have a visit with all the midwives and docs, therefore you don't get that personal one-on-one experience where they remember you from the last visit, if that is important to you.
They deliver at HUP (Hospital at the University of Penn). I felt I had excellent care there, and I liked the fact that I was right across the street from CHOP in the event of an emergency with the baby.
