Need suggestions for thank you gift for RE's office...

I worked with my RE for 18 months and went through a hell of a lot with them to get this far.  We want to do something to show our appreciation.  We're going to send flowers to my IVF nurse who basically held my hand for 12 months and talked me off the ledge too many times to count.  But I would also like to send something to my RE and maybe the office (it is pretty small) in general.  But I would also like to send something to the Surgery Center (which is located at a different branch of my clinic, but it is where I went for all of my ERs, ETs, and hysteroscopy/D&C.  I was there A LOT and the doctors and nurses couldn't have been kinder.  I want them to all know how much we appreciate everything because we wouldn't have this baby growing inside me right now without all of their help and compassion.  (Sorry this is so wordy!)

Any suggestions for what to send to RE, his small office, and the surgery center?

    I am sending my nurse an edible arrangement.... They are so delicious and i figured she could share it if she wants too...

    i sent a giant edible arrangement to the office when I graduated, and plan on sending something more significant when the baby is born.
    Dx: MFI, DOR, 9 Fibroids and homozygous MTHFR

    My specialist's office also runs a weight loss clinic, so I went healthy with an edible arrangement as well.

    I love the edible arrangement idea... now why didn't I think of that!  I've been wracking my brain for weeks.  Thanks, girls!

    I was going to say edible arrangement but that idea was taken :) Love them.

    I had lunch catered for my RE's staff over the holidays when we were going through IVF #1 too. I felt bad that they were working on XMas Eve for us IFers. H is in medical sales so he new of a good lunch place that would deliver and we just prepaid for it all and sent a card along thanking them and telling them how much they mean to us.

    I love to bake so I was planning to bake the office lots of goodies. I will send my IVF coordinator flowers too.
