We have one and LOVE it. We would not be able to make our long rides without it. It is an Audiovox, I ordered it off of Amazon around Christmas. It came with the battery and charger, the car plug, a remote, and a carry case. I believe it was around $75 but I could be wrong.

We have one (can't remember what brand) that came with all of this stuff too. It was a mega life saver when I did a 7 hour road trip alone with DD. She is rear facing and it hangs between the two headrests on the back seat.
I'd recommend making sure that it comes with a.) a remote control and b.) a "lock" button.
DD kept pushing buttons on it while I was driving and stopping it or whatever. At the first gas stop, I found the lock switch! Then no buttons she pushed were activated!

I don't know if this is the EXACT one that we have (DH deals with all our tech stuff), but we have this stylel and i love it. Some features that I like are that it doesnt' require batteries or cords (runs through the vehicle's power) and the zipper closure to hide the screens and keep them clean when not in use.
Downsides are that the whole headrest is replaced and it is leather so it may not exactly match your car interior, and it has to be installed (but DH is a professional installer, so that was free for us).
We have the Philips 9" Widescreen Portable DVD Player with Dual Screens.
We love it! We got ours from Best Buy. They strap around the headrest and you can connect one or both screens. They are not independent of each other but if you have more than one person in the back it is perfect! It came with everything we needed except headphones which doesn't matter for us until she is much older. We've had them for almost a year and it has never skipped!
