leg cramps with labor?

I'm just wondering if getting leg cramps in your thighs that pretty much cripple you, if that could be a sign of labor?  I have been having belly pains with a very very tight low back pain and terrible leg cramps all day.  Just wondering if anyone elses labor started like that?  Thanks

Also, I know it doesn't mean anything really, but I also lost my MP this weekend.

    With every contraction I felt a warm sensation travel down the inside of my right leg....no cramps though.

    I didnt have leg cramps while in labor but while pushing.  I know that did not help at all, but are the pains coming and going.  If so, I would start timing them and seeing how long they last!

    I've been having these over the last day or two, but I just assumed it was the baby pressing on my sciatic nerve.  Now you've got my hopes up!

    I have had same leg cramps in my hips and NO BABY :( I have had them for probably 3 to 4 weeks!!!!
