So all the news programs are talking about it this morning and of course they are all like "She is being selfish, she should just adopt"  I want to go through the TV and throat punch them.

    That just pisses me off so much.  I also would love to give them a throat punch.

    That is total BS!  Comments like that infuriate me! 

    We were at a BBQ this weekend and some women there were talking about a friend going through IVF for the second time and they all had their little comments about how "crazy" fertility treatments are, there is no guarantee, why would you put yourself through that, etc.

    I had to walk away.

    Ugh.

    Katt, my neighbor is always talking about the crazy people that do IVF and how stupid it is to spend all that money on IVF.  You should have seen the look on her face when I told her that we did IVF.  I guess she puts me in the crazy category now.  She did make a point of telling me we should adopt a "poor homeless baby" next time.

    I hate people! Seriously. I don't get why people think those who struggle with IF aren't allowed to want a biological child. Like why do they all get to have biological children, but we should just adopt. It's such a a$$hole thing to say.

    That's ridiculous.

    Everyone with IF makes a choice about how to grow their family, and if she chose IVF, that's her perogative. Maybe she'd make a crappy adoptive mom, because it certainly isn't for everyone.

    I swear, it seems like anytime something happens in the news, good or bad, someone has to contradict it or criticize it in some way.
