DD decided late last week she wanted to use the toilet (not even the potty) all the time, right before we left town for the long weekend. Since she was the one who decided, not me, I didn't have time to read any books on the subject or do any internet research. In the last 4 days, she has peed & pooped on the toilet just about every time except for during our long car rides (3 hours plus) and at night.

I'm wondering what "work" I still have to do or if I can just put her in underwear all the time now. Or should I use pull-ups? Continue to use diapers when we're out and about? (Her diapers were all completely dry the last 2 days). Can I use pull-ups for nighttime sleep or is that a no-no?

    I'd say use underwear. There is really no good reason not to now that she is staying dry. And yes, use a diaper/pull-up for naps and night time until she starts to get better with that. And that could take awhile. But how exciting!!! :)
