I dug my 30ds out of a box last night:-)
I'd love to join you ladies! I am a bit worried though..I am just about 6 wks PP (will be on Wednesday). I had a c/s. Unfortunately, my doc is out of the office this week, so my 6 wk appt is not until next week. Anyone have any luck working out with the 30 DS or similar 6 wks pp with a c/s? I think I will do my best to just go for it and make sure that I am feeling ok. If not, I'll do a modified version and build up to the normal work-out.
Very excited to join you ladies-love that I'll have an online support system to keep me going and not miss a day! I just finished day 2-started the morning I read this post in the afternoon. I can only go through the 24th so I needed the extra days.
I've got the final 6 pounds to lose and am hoping this will kick em!
