I have a fantastic ability not to spill a drink either.
DH and I were at a party at a friends house. I was drinking, alot... Anyway, I had to pee, but the bathroom was occupied. DH said for me to use the bathroom in the back of the house. So I opened the door, stepped in to turn on the lights and....it was the door to the basement. I slid on my hip/thigh all the way down the wooden stairs, DH thought I was dead, and I managed to not spill a drop or break a bone.
Most coordination I've ever shown, lol.
ETA: obviously I meant I don't spill drinks in near death situations. I still can't get them from the glass to my mouth.

Oh my gosh. You're lucky to be alive.
DH has caught me on fire (when messing the campfire) several times. I have melted shoes and holes in pants.
LOL! I'm notorious for drinking and falling (but I always spill the drink). It usually happens over the 4th of July, up at the cabin. Last year I fell between the dock and the pontoon, while exiting the pontoon. I still have tenderness and a bruise on my leg from that.
