Question about walking / crawling

in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months
Do you have days when LO would mostly walk, and then days when they just want to crawl?I don't understand it. Some days, DD will be literally walking all the time, and other days, she just wants to crawl.... (I also posted on 9-12 but didn't get responses)

    Haha I just posted over there!

    He walks most of the time, but for some reason today he crawled for a good bit of the day. I have no idea why. Maybe it seemed like more fun?

    yep.  dd took her first steps at 10 months but didn't fully commit to walking until probably after 12 months!  she started this "walking on her knees" thing which drove us crazy because she'd ruin all her pants!

    When my lo was learning (started at 10 mo), he did mostly crawled.  As he got better at walking, he started to walk more.  Now, he walks all of the time.
