DS is sick :(

I thought maybe this is teething, but I'm not sure anymore.  DS has a runny nose, around 101 temp. and threw up while I was feeding him his veggies.   He's been fussy on an off today, but he's still been playing, smiling and laughing.  He's had 2 doses of Tylenol, but I'm not sure if it's working or not.  Right now he is acting very restless, like he wants to go to sleep, but just can't.  Is this just a virus that just has to run its course?  Any tips on how to make him feel any better?

    Ugh, I feel your pain, K is just getting over a virus. It started with a fever that lasted a few days and spiked as high 102.7 and then turned into a stuffy runny nose. There was not a lot of sleep around our house and the baby was super fussy and clingy. You couldn't set him down to pee.
