I have been doing cereal for 4 weeks and now ready for veggies/fruits. Wondering how much do you give? DS gets 2tbs cereal now. Do I give equal amt of veg?

    How often do you feed the cereal? We give DS cereal twice a day, basically lunch and dinner. For lunch he gets 1 tbs cereal w/1 oz formula for the liquid mixed in and 1 oz veggie then his bottle w/ 4 oz and at night we do the 2 tbs cereal w/ 2oz formula wet mix in and again 4 oz bottle. For right now, he is happy with that and won't eat more than that of solids. He is anxiously awaiting his bottle at the end each time.

    Basically I give equal tbs cereal to oz of veggie and/or fruit. I I don't give the veggie or fruit, I give him that back in cereal.
